I PLACED AN ORDER FOR HIGH INDEX LENSES OCT 18 AND RECEIVED THEM BACK NOVEMBER 24. SO THE TIMING WAS VERY BAD. THEY EXPRESSED THERE CONCERN WITH QUALITY BUT I HAD A SCRATCH ON MY BRAND NEW FRAMES WHEN I RECEIVED THEM....

After a total disaster with a lens company located in CT, I needed to get the lenses I had ordered & paid for from them, but were filled wrong. Lens Factory not only satisfactorily provided the correct lenses, but also honored a discount promo that was announced after I had placed my order. Customer service is excellent and all emails are promptly answered. They definitely earned their BBB rating! I recommend Lens Factory to everyone and would order from them again if needed.

I was skeptical about ordering on line my prescriptions lenses for my beautiful, Italian designer frame. They absolutely exceeded all my expectations and I can't express how happy I'm with my new, beautiful sun glasses. Great Customer services!! Thumbs up for them!! They got a customer for life!!

I've worn glasses for the last 30 years and have had little trouble with them until about 5 years ago. Suddenly they wouldn't last more than about 18 months before the lenses got all cloudy and obscured. After a lot of research I believe this is due to cheap coatings - Anti Reflective, Anti Scratch and/or UV. The last pair I had made it 9 months before they were almost totally unusable, even with me going out of my way to take meticulous care of them. I had had enough. I decided to go back to glass lenses with no coatings - NONE! But I found it difficult to find anyone who was willing to do that. And when I did, I found lots and lots of negative reviews and downright awful Better Business Bureau ratings. No thanks! Then I ran across Lens Factory. I saw the reviews here on Trust Pilot and their excellent A- rating on BBB, and knew I'd found the right place, especially since the only reason BBB didn't rate them higher was due to the amount of time they'd been in business and not due to complaints. Lens Factory put glass lenses in my existing frames for a very reasonable price. They communicated with me every step of the way - they e-mailed me when they sent out the (prepaid) USPS box, they e-mailed me when they received my frames and they e-mailed me when they sent the new ones back out. I had my glasses back one week after I'd sent them out. The new lenses are fantastic and I no longer have to treat them with kid gloves like I did with all the others. Lens Factory is awesome!

I had photochromatic progressive lenses put in a pair of gold wire rim antique glasses. The quality of the lens for my prescription is superb. The mounting they did was excellent,the 80 year old frames look new. Also, their phone support was prompt and very informative.

Whoever owns Lens Factory should be congratulated for creating one of the best companies I've interfaced with in a very, very long time. 1. Service - I had my glasses back on my nose within two weeks. 2. Quality - Flawless. As soon as I put them on I knew they were perfect. Considering my lens prescription is rather strong (most optical stores and optometrists can't even grind them), this was no easy task. 3. Price - Saved me more than $400 on the next best price I could find. 4. Friendliness - Thumbs up. Way up. What a great business model that appears to be perfectly executed.

I really put LensFactory to the test with three changes to my order and three new pairs of lenses. But they were courteous and patient to the end. I am very happy with my final lenses. Kudos to Keith Morlen.

Exceptional service and about a one week turnaround. Best value out there for polarized lenses and photochromatic, nobody does this for less, nobody. Website is a work in progress but if you have a question or having trouble locating something in particular their response time is lightening fast and if they can accommodate you they will. The quality of the product is the same as the big box stores;. nobody is trying to up-sell you, in fact you might even get down-sold if they think a different lens choice for your script might be more beneficial. As an example, you think you need super high index 1.69 polycarbonate lenses but you have a really weak prescription. Or lets say you are doing sunglasses and you want the darkest tint possible but chose polycarbonate over CR39. The LensFactory rocks, I love this place!
