The process was easy & quick to get my new lenses.

I really liked my eyeglass frames but desperately needed new lenses. I found out about LensFactory doing a Web search. The prices were super reasonable compared to the alternatives I've used in the past. So I decided to give it a chance. I couldn't be happier with the result. My frames with the new lenses arrived back 6 days after I sent them. Everything went as was promised. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I think the lens the company put in my NeoStyle frames were great. My only issue is that after wearing the glasses for 2-3 weeks the right temple arm broke and when I took it to an eyeglass repair facility they said the screw was over tighten causes it to break. Now I am going to order again from Lensfactory because like I told the shop I have no way to prove it. So now I have some new Cartier Frames that I will let them put lens in.

I am very happy with my order. They kept me informed during the process, and my glasses arrived when they said they would. I would order from them again.

I have ordered three sets of lenses for frames in three different orders over the past 12 months. One pair was for me and 1 pair each for my children. We are extremely pleased with our glasses. The customer service was superb. I highly recommend LensFactory to anyone who needs to update their lenses and wants to use theiir own glasses frames.

MY FIRST ORDER SEEMED TO HAVE WORKED FINE, I RECEIVED AN UPDATE ON EVERY STEP ALONG THE WAY AS MY GLASSES WERE BEING MADE, AND RECEIVED THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEN I NOTICED A FLAW AND RETURNED THEM FOR REPAIR, AND EVERYTHING FELL-APART, I TOLD THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS (IN DETAIL) BEFORE I SENT THEM BACK, THEN I GOT AN EMAIL REQUESTING THE SAME INFO. I'D ALREADY GIVEN WHICH I REPLIED TO, AND THEY RECEIVED. THEN THREE OR FOUR DAYS LATER AFTER NOT HEARING FROM ANYONE AND NO UPDATES ONLINE I EMAILED THEM, THEIR RESPONCE WAS - SOMEBODY WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE LAST WEEK - , SO AT THIS POINT THEY'VE HAD MY GLASSES A WEEK & 1/2 AND I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THE PROBLEM CAN BE CORRECTED OR NOT!

Thank you for providing a long overdue affordable alternative service to the general eyeglass wearing public. Service was exceptionally fast. Lenses look great and function perfectly. I will be updating a drawer full of old but favorite eyeglass frames. Oh and thabks for the impromptu tour of your facility. It's impressive!
