I like easy processing to order the replacement progressive lenses. However, near to mid vision is clear but far vision came out not focus...

I sent 5 frames due to a new rx. The customer service was GREAT and the price fair and they offered a nice discount for multiple pairs. The glasses were returned a tad late but NBD. All of the glasses which fit perfectly before had to be brought to a local optician for adjustment. Two of the 5 needed a huge adjustment. One pair I could barely open to try them on. That pair had to be sent back b/c the segment height was way off and I couldn't see out of the glasses if I looked straight ahead. They paid for the return shipping and took care of it right away without question. The 5th pair I tossed b/c the seg was also way off but I decided I'd probably never wear them so I didn't even mention it. I would use them again but would be specific about the segment height during the call in case one of their technicians is not paying attention. I also think it's possible a technician may be working too fast and not being careful with the frames b/c the frame adjustments were so off upon return.

Three months from confirmation of online order. Two and one half months from receipt of my frames. This indicates some sort of outsourcing. Once received, my frames/glasses looked ok. I just think that in 2025 having to wait 1/4 year for completion of my order is just not acceptable

Great prices but even the chat lacks the human touch. Dude didn't know about "fishing glasses" Lencrafters did.

I would have given you more stars but the email I received regarding my new lenses needed clarification. The notification told me that my lenses were "on their way". The notification should have stated that my new lenses had been inserted into the frame I sent and would be sent to me along with my old lenses.

Lenses are great except for one thing… they are not quite strong enough on the top for near vision. Can you make the top of the lens a bit stronger if I return them?

The read part of the progressive lens is a little blurred. I have to elivate the glasses to read better and even then still a tiny bit blurry.
