My order took nearly a month to receive and when I did receive it, it was wrong. I had to send them back to get the lenses fixed. Then I got them back and the frame is bent. I had to take it to Lenscrafters to get them fixed. I should have just gone there in the first place.

Lens have a fair amount of reflection, which causes me to question the qualify.

Frames were stretched severely out of shape. Can only guess it was when the lens were removed or inserted. Glass frame and ear pieces may never be the same after multiple attempts to straighten.

I bought these lenses for the near sighted grind at the top of the lens, It's not tall enough to be of any use. I used lenses that were taller than the minimum required size thinking it would make the top grind larger to no avail. I like the bottom areas but I would've had that with regular bifocals. They also do not let you get these in a Transition type lens. I don't understand why?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer bifocals in a transition lens. We do have the option of photochromic and transition lenses in progressive and single vision lenses.

I don’t know who is at fault the prescriptions or the lens but they are useless.

They sent me the wrong lenses in my frames. There lenses are quality but they need to pay more attention to what is ordered.

I chose Lens Factory based on the review score. The frames sent for lens replacement were by Zenni and had Zenni lenses, which were below the quality of my glasses from EyeBuyDirect. Using the same prescription that's in both glasses, I had Lens Factory install new lenses in the Zenni frames. What I received are lenses worse than what Zenni provided. I've given two stars based on the promptness of my order.
