I love my new lenses! LensFactory was a great way to get lenses put in frames I already had. It was affordable and waaayyyy faster than I expected it to be! It was so nice to be kept in the loop with the progress of my glasses along the way.

Customer service is hands on incredible - from the phone call I made (reason why I paid the premium to go with Lensfactory over a competitor), to when there was a dispute with the order prescription that they redid no questions ask. The downside? My frames are a pair of Mykita frames (surgical stainless steel) and they broke the hinges so they extend beyond where they used to and follow off my face as soon as I look down. I've had lenses on this frame replaced twice before and this is the first time my frames have been broken.

Lensfactory fitted my high prescription lenses perfectly. Customer service as well as quality of work was excellent. Great job ! I'm totally in love with my glasses and I would highly recommend Lensfactory to anyone.

I did a lot of price and quality research before selecting LensFactory. I have a high-power prescription and prefer progressive lenses, so I typically pay a premium to lighten the weight of the lenses. LensFactory was able to provide this at a significantly lower cost than any other lens provider that I found and I found the lens quality to be competitive. Doing without my glasses for almost 2 weeks (I had a spare pair) was more bearable because of the better pricing. I believe LensFactory could have done a better job in letting me know that they received my glasses and the progress they were making in fulfilling my order. Additionally, my frames came back to me needing adjustments to fit comfortably....the left arm was bent slightly, the earpiece tip bent/broke and the nose pads out of alignment. If not for problem with the frame I would have given LensFactory at least 4 stars.
