The optical center height seems to be wrong. I had to tilt my head upwards and look through the bottom 1/3 of the lens to get a crisp read.

My glasses never arrived

My wife and I ordered progressive lenses, and both pairs were made very poorly. The near vision was almost unusable and the distance vision was blurry. They remade the lenses twice, and each time the same problems remained. After more than four months of back-and-forth, they only refunded half of our money, even though the glasses never worked. We had to pay again and get the lenses remade locally. Very disappointing quality and service. I would not recommend them.

Tint was ordered and not put on lenses. Frames were not tightened around lens therefore I need to make a 92 mile round trip to a Warby Parker location to have them repaired. Be aware!

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my glasses. I then receive a notification that my glasses where shipped to some random address in new hampshire (mind you I am in florida) I advised that i am not sure where they produced that address from, showed proof that my order had the right address, and no response. Customer service has been terrible.

You did NOT do that you claimed in your ads. I expected you to replace the lenses in my four year old $1000.00 frames that I took great care of and you gave me the canned excuse that you wouldn't be able to without breaking them. Your ads claimed to refurbish my frames. All you then did was return them dirty marked up. Now I can't see anything.
