When the glasses arrived the job was well done. I slowed things by initially just sending the prescription I'd gotten from my eye doctor, not realizing they would not include the distance from pupil to pupil. I should have mentioned that I used the progressive lenses mostly for reading and for work on my laptop, but I've tended to do that over the years with others. I should probably have stressed that the point I looked through the most should be a bit higher than it is for most. My cataract surgery left me with a correction for distance vision. Except for errors that were mostly my fault, the job was a capable, professional one. I appreciate having the glasses and use them most of every day.

I am happy with the lenses. However, it took quite a long while to complete my order - 16 business days from delivery of my frames to LensFactory (USPS tracking) until they arrived in my mailbox.

Love the way they do things. Sending a box with instructions - for free. I sent my old frames and got my glasses back in a timely manner.

Being able to get glass lenses instead of plastic is wonderful. LensFactory has a great process to get your glasses updated with your choice. We liked it enough, to have a second pair sent in for a lens update.

Sent an old pair of glasses so my pp distance could be measured but I don't think its correct because I can't see very well!
