The glasses got back to me in less time than from my doctor. They were exactly what I wanted. They gave me a discount even after I had paid a very fair price. I will use them again when I need glasses.

LensFactory took about two weeks to fill my order, but it was well worth the wait. I wear progressive lenses and chose to use their Thin and Dark Glass option so that the lenses would darken out of doors. The results are spectacular (ok, pun intended). The lenses are thin and light in weight, and they quickly respond to the ambient light level indoors or out. And the prescription was filled perfectly; I have never had clearer vision out of a pair of glasses. This was my second time to entrust LensFactory with making my glasses, and I will use them again for certain. You may need to poke around the website to find the option that you want, but you will be assured of excellent results.

Purchased two pairs of progressive prescription lenses. Cannot see properly out of either pair. Would not recommend this company.

I was expecting a huge improvement from the Freeform progressive lenses. Compared to my older progressive lenses, I would say there is a slight improvement. My vision in sporting activities ( which is why I bought new lenses) has not improved very much. The only substantial improvement is reading. The rep at Lens Factory would not tell me what brand of lenses was used. Production time was 2W and total shipping from Canada was 4W even with priority shipping.

Did a ton of research to try and find an online company that can create prescription lenses for my frames without spending a ton of money. The service is very reliable. My only gripe would be that my frames came back to me with a small nick on them. It was small but I noticed it and these frames were expensive. This is a great alternative to dealing with overpriced retail optometrist stores. (L..Crafters tried charging me $550+ for new lenses!!..No Thanks!) Other than that, I have no issues with them and would recommend this service to others.

I didn't realize that you were in the UK. I am in the United States so the wait was longer than I expected HOWEVER, The lenses themselves are FAR superior to any eyeglass i've ever had from here. I have progressive lenses that are tinted and i absolutely LOVE THEM!!!!!! thanks for producing a high quality product at an excellent price!!!!

Mailed the frames in and had the glasses in about two weeks! No troubles and customer service answered questions quickly and with courtesy.
