On my first order there was a problem interpreting my prescription and the lenses were made incorrectly. I spoke to Shamone who arranged for me to return the glasses so that new lenses could be fitted. Glasses are perfect and I am very happy with the product and the people. It is so impressive when a company responds so well to an issue.

I was quoted over $500 from a well known national retailer's optometrist group to put new lenses in my old frames "if they didn't break in the process". Lensfactory lived up to everything they claimed. Fast, easy, as advertised at every stage, and for a fraction of the cost. Approximately $230 for perfect lenses - first time. I'm about to ship my second set of frames. I couldn't be more impressed. Thanks everyone.

LensFactory provided a quality pair of glasses - my lenses fit perfectly in my frames and my lenses are clear/support my vision. The purchase was easy - I took some measurements, shipped my lenses/details in the box provided, and waited. While I waited, they sent me a series of emails to keep me updated on the status of my lenses. Super easy. What's more - it's was far less expensive than any of the other options - including my optometrist and Costco. I've not been wearing my glasses for a week - no headaches! Love them!

well,except for the shipping taking 5 days longer than they sais..and also aside the fact that tracking was an issue,product was excellent and price is great thank you

I have been wearing Progressive's and haven't worn real glass lenses for years. I ordered glass lens bi-focals and high index. About $100 great price. They seem strong and I need to take them to compare against the prescription, but appears everything well made

If you want to talk to someone, forget it. Don't bother to leave a message. You will not get a call back. Email--still waiting for a response from customer service. I was assured that my nose pieces would not be changed. They were. I have a very hard nose to fit so tampering with the nose piece required a substantial readjustment on my part to get the glasses to fit comfortably on my face. I got the progressive lens (clear on top w/ 2.5 magnification on the bottom). I don't think the placement is right as I have to keep readjusting my glasses upward to see up close. It is almost easier to wear my 2.5 readers that I was using before I decided to go back to glasses and since I have a vast collection of readers, even though the price of getting replacement lenses for my glasses was much less that getting the lenses replaced by a local optical service it may have been a waste of money as they are not doing the job that I was expecting. My original lenses were not returned. I would say that I had a bad experience and no one seems to care.

I would recommend this website to anyone, it was such an easy, quick way to have my lenses replaced. My new lenses look great and work great. Thank you!!
