I read a review that said the sunglasses weren't dark enough, so I called and the woman assured me they would be dark. They are very dark, I love them. And the cost was half of what my copay would have been if I had bought them at the optometrist! I love being able to use perfectly good frames I already have. They sent me a prepaid box to send them off in. The entire transaction was less then two weeks, including mailing to and from my rural address. I will be using them again!

Kept scratching my plastic lenses. Most only last a year or so. I wanted to try glass lenses. LensFactory was the only place I could find for reasonably priced progressive glass lenses. I have had my LenFactory glass progressive lenses now for a few weeks and I am happy with their performance. They are not too heavy and I see very nicely with them. Hopefully they will provide more scratch resistance than the standard plastic lenses .

Had prescription lenses added to existing frames. Sent my frames in the prepaid box and got them back within a decent time period. Great results

I sent in a pair of bifocal glasses, bottom for reading, top for 18". I asked for new lenses to be tweaked for enclosed current prescription. What I received was bottom for reading and top for infinity (distance).

High quality replacement lenses for my glasses at a very reasonable price. The process from start to finish was straightforward, easy to follow, and effortless. The lenses came back in my frames - perfect! I was suprised by the quality of the lenses, the workmanship, and the efficiency of the entire process.
