My 4 year old daughter has been wearing glasses for 2 years. Since she's so little, her opthalmologist changes her prescription often. Buying glasses at an optical was costing a fortune. Since I found this site it's been so much easier and cheaper to get her new glasses and the turnaround time is quick!

The entire process took about 6 weeks. I was not notified of a difficulty in finding a part until I called. Was told a couple of times about a ship date that didn't happen. But the lenses are good and LensFactory covered overnight shipping.

I added the Photochromic feature to my prescription because I thought they were the same as transition lenses. I found out they are not even close to the transition feature. I returned them but lensfactory refused to give me a refund for the unsatisfactory product. Photochromic can be misleading and lensfactory takes advantage of that. Totally not worth it!

Hi Allan, I don't see mention of a refund or refusal to do so in our email threads, only the email stating there was a problem with the transition. It's absolutely our policy to refund for issues like these or remake to correct it. I'll follow up to your earlier email and we'll definitely get this resolved. Best, Brandon

These are some very fine sun glass lenses. They are perfect for evening and partly cloudy days. I am very satisfied. Thanks to Maddy for steering me in the right direction, otherwise I would have been disappointed. Great employee. Thanks again Maddy.

Awesome product, great (and fast) service, lots of communication and prices that can't be beat. I ordered my first pair because of the price ... and crossed my fingers. I was NOT disappointed. They not only put new lenses in my frames, but they adjusted and straightened MY frames too. My new lenses are fantastic. I next ordered a second pair and the repeat service was fast. They beat both Sams and Walmart on price by a considerable amount. Happy camper
