I ordered new lenses for some frames I had from Wal-Mart. I saw no need to pay more for frames when the frames I have are fine. I sent my frames, prescription, and another pair of glasses as "reference." LensFactory sent me a box to mail all of this to them. My glasses returned in about a week. Good quality. I give 4 stars instead of 5 stars--not because of any complaint about LensFactory. The glasses (progressives) don't seem quite right...I suspect the base curve might be off, but I'm not sure. Maybe my eyes just need more "adjustment time". The progressives just don't seem strong enough nor do they seem to take up enough "space" on the lens. I have to raise the entire eyeglass to look through the progressive part of the lens. Just a problem, unforeseen, with ordering lenses on line. I have ABSOLUTELY zero complaints about LensFactory. They delivered as promised.

I sent my eyeglass prescription along with frames to the Lens Factory early in October for new lenses. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the lenses and the frame fitment. Lens Factory does it right the first time and they also respond quickly either by phone or email if you have a question regarding your order.

I have ordered three times. The work is good, but the communication is a bit sparse. Also, the whole process takes about a month, maybe a little less, so be patient if you don't hear anything for a while. When I do talk to someone however, they are very nice and helpful. I think their web ordering system is a little bit unclear, would benefit from more workflow-guided instructions, including instructions on how to enter a new prescription. Overall, I am satisfied and would use them again.

My glasses were perfect! I got the glass lenses which took longer but i can't believe how clear they are. And it cost about half the amount that i would have paid at a national discount retail store! I would definitely recommend this company!!

I have sent 3 pair of Antique frames in, and received Quality Rx lenses installed in all 3 pair. I will send 2 more pair in to them tomorrow. The prescriptions were excellent in all 3 pair, and the dark brown tint they have is the best I have seen from any lab.... very easy on the eyes. I sent in 1 pair of antique AO Rimway, and 2 pair of AO Ful-Vue frames for different lenses. The AO Rimway had 2 lens mount holes to drill, and they did a great job drilling the lenses. Friendly Folks, great to work with, easy to order from, and great prices.

Very satisfied with the product, just the time frame of manufacturing could be improved, it took 2 weeks .

I've replaced lenses for 3 pairs of eyeglasses through the LensFactory. The first time I wasn't aware that I was replacing a high index lens, so the new lenses were a little bit heavier than I was used to. The next two times I ordered the high index lenses and I've been very satisfied. Both pairs are progressive lenses, including the polarized sunglasses. It costs me about half of what my high end optical store would charge. Shipment has always been when promised. I'm a happy customer.
