LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

I sent LENS FACTORY a vintage B&L wire rim eyeglasses (without lenses) and had 1.53 Glass reading lenses put in them. Their workmanship is superb, pricing great and delivery time to the Philippines 10 days. I will be shipping them another similar wire rim eyeglasses to have 1.53 Glass reading lenses put in them. I ORDERED A PAIR OF PROGRESSIVE THIN AND LIGHT POLYCARBONATE LANSES TO REPLACE LENSES ON MY OLD FAVORITE FRAME, WHICH WERE BADLY SCRATCHED AND A PAIR OF PROGRESSIVE GLASS LENSES FOR A NEW FRAME BASED ON PRESCRIPTION OF MY OTHER GLASSES. I RECEIVED SHIPPING KITS AND I SEND THEM MY OLD GLASSES AND AND MY NEW FRAME. AFTER ALMOST TWO WEEKS I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I LOVE THEM. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THEM FOR MY FUTURE LENSES.

Sent frames in on November 3rd and was not notified if they received them or not. Have never been told when I might expect my frames with new lenses after waiting one month ( Now Dec 3rd ) no word from them as of today when that might happen. No way to evaluate something I don't have. So far this is not good.

I found LensFactory to be extremely reliable. LensFactory produced the quality and service they promised. Customer service personnel were knowledgeable and very professional. Also, assuring me they would complete and deliver my order on time. Not only did they deliver on time, there follow up to see if I was satisfied with the quality of work was also satisfying. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks, Donald

The glasses are perfect. Thinking of having prescription sunglasses made.

Easy transaction and excellent service. The prescription lenses were accurate and the turn around time was very good (2 weeks).

work perfect and shipped days ahead of promise date.

We had a pair of antique golden frames with full rims. We picked what type of lenses (glass), sun protection, progressive, etc. We paid with paypal, they sent us a box, we sent them with the prescription and they sent a perfect pair of glasses back.
