The order and shipping processes were great. Customer service was great. There was a small glitch but they have been more than helpful in resolving. Will get all my lenses from Lens Factory.

Sent in my frame and received an update one time at the beginning and never received any communication after 3 weeks went by. Contact them numerous times to get update but was met with less than pleasant tone. Received frame with new lense after 3 weeks but it doesn't fit well.

Working in construction, I'm hard on lenses. I can scratch a brand new pair of plastic lenses in the first week, and after 6 months they're scratched so bad I need to replace them. That gets expensive, so I've been wanting to go back to glass lenses for the durability. Sent in my old glasses (I had a spare pair that got me through a few weeks til my new ones were ready) with no prescription, and they matched them perfectly. I got transitions glass with a progressive prescription. They are perfect. A little heavier than plastic, but no big deal for me. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend the Lens Factory. Many of the box store Glasses companies don't even offer glass lenses.

LensFactory was the only company I found that would replace the lenses in a favorite frame. The prescription is perfect and the price was very reasonable. They also sent a nice new case for my glasses. Thanks, LensFactory!
