Capable work, responsive service
It took a few calls to get to speak with someone who could help at customer service, but when I did the assistance was excellent. I did not know that the Varilux brand was available until I called. It was not listed on the website.

Progressive lens that do not work
Ordered progressive lens and sent in a pair of Persol frames. The only way to make the lens "work" is to lift the frame off of my nose completely. I ordered a new frame/lens from Zenni ($63 vs Lens Factory $268 lens only) using the exact same prescription/PD and they are perfect (frame is almost an exact match in size as my Persols.

quickest way to get replacement glasses
I was very impressed with this company. My glasses spent longer at the post office than at LensFactory. They handled my frames well and I got excellent lenses.at a price that was fantastic, and I checked at a lot of places before I found LensFactory. Thank you. I will return with my next order.

Great Service
I was provided excellent service. The first set of lenses were a bit off as the near lens in the bifocal was a bit high in relation to my eyes. I was assisted by Shamone and she expedited the new lenses and they were perfect. I am so appreciative of the attention my order was given and the level of service that was above one would have anticipated. Thank you!!!
