I am highly disappointed with my experience with LensesRx. They shipped my glasses without polishing the edges of the lenses, which is a basic quality control oversight. When I contacted customer service about their mistake, they refused to take accountability. Instead, they expect me to pay extra money and ship the glasses back just to get the work done correctly. To make matters worse, they completely refused to offer any sort of discount or compensation for the extreme inconvenience they caused. I do not recommend using this company.

I've been using Lensesrx for many years. I've kept my frames, letting them update my prescription. Besides price, I find it better to receive my glasses at home. It avoids delays if the people at a brick and mortar store don't get around to calling when they come in. I order on the web. Instructions are clear, while at the same time being a little convoluted. I have a hunch the site developers built it to make it convenient for THEM instead of putting the end user first. There are a couple of elements that could be a bit more clear, like when and how to submit the original prescription. Also, there is something a little too commercial about having three tiers of service--faster for those who pay more. I get that shipping costs can vary, but (if I recall) there is also a service component implied. The message is: Pay more and we'll get to it faster, then ship it to you faster. I might suggest a two tier approach--standard and expedited (emergency) levels, like they do for Passports. The charge for "expedited" could be significantly more--worth it only if someone, say, broke their glasses with a planned trip coming up soon. These suggestions are meant to be helpful, as opposed to critical. I have nothing but praise for the quality of the service.

I love the frames, perfect fit for my small face. Color is great, vibrant and I think look cute on me! 🤗 Will come back to you once I get my new prescription! Thank you for prompt delivery and great quality!

Lenses came faster than expected and fit my frames good. However the xtractive transitions don't work like they're supposed to.

I ordered frames only which you indicated you had in stock. Today, 10 days later I have a USPS tracking number which states a label has been created and USPS is awaiting the item. At this point it will be approximately two weeks for delivery of a pair of frames? Not an acceptable time line
