This is my 6th purchase transaction with LensesRx and they have all been an outstanding experience. I am able to shop online after my work day when I have the time available, which is very convenient. The order process is seamless and secure and should any issue arise, their email communication is prompt and effecient. Even though I am on the west coast, within just a few days my new prescription glasses in Nike frames arrive exactly how I expected. All at an incredibly fair price. I was skeptical about ordering just rx lenses for my Bose Tenor glasses but absolutely amazed with perfect fit and clarity will order again if my rx changes.

Terrible customer service. Was given a code for 35% off but no details. Then was given a condescending response when I reached out to customer service. I’d pay double elsewhere to be treated with respect

This was such a painful experience. I had a great first impression ordering a pair of sunglasses but that really went downhill. I decided to trust them with my regular glasses. It took four weeks. I was patient regardless of needing them quickly because I thought maybe they would pull through. But when they finally came, they were wrong. I have worn the same lenses for years but theirs seemed to have a narrow field of vision. I would have tried to get them checked and corrected but I just couldn’t wait week upon week again with poor community on to boot. It was stressful and I didn’t nit get a full refund either. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
