Great experience + fast turnaround time definitely don’t hesitate if you’re looking for prescription lenses. This was my first time inputting my prescription information and choosing lenses online so I was a little nervous but if you follow the directions carefully you should be fine too! I got prescription lenses for my Oakley Meta HSTN and got the “brown light” option. It was my best guess for the style I wanted, something that was light enough to be stylish indoors, and not too light or else you wouldn’t be able to tell. There is a “tint guide” on the website and I followed my gut on to what percentage would be the best for me. All in all, with thoughtful inputting/choosing of options I was able to get exactly what I wanted. So my advice is to be very thoughtful if you’re looking for a certain look. Feedback for the website developers would be to put examples of the tinted lenses for each level of tint for the customers to choose, I would have appreciated it for more ease - but it’s ok! I still would want to know what the blue tint looks like maybe that would be my next purchase. Would recommend and would return as a customer :)

My eyeglasses are exactly what I was looking for, I saved about $400 by ordering through Lenserx.com, and I found their website easy to navigate. I don't have any Customer Service experience, because everything went so smoothly.

I recently ordered a pair of frames with prescription with tinted lenses. I had waited three weeks before contacting them to see when they would be shipped. I was told there was an issue with lenses and they will be shipped in a week. The next day they were shipped out. What I received were frames that had a very deep scratch on the front of frame. The lenses, the antiglare coating was all scratched up as if they were wiped with a cloth before the coating had a chance to dry. I just can't believe these were shipped out to me in this condition. Did they even inspect them. After informing company of situation sure it was approved for return but I had to pay to ship them back on top of the shipping fee I had paid to get them. I guess it seemed to good to be true the price all the good reviews. Honestly they should have sent me out a new pair at no cost. I sent pictures of damage they can careless.

Ordered a pair of Abercrombie sunglasses I have been wanting for about a year. Were $110 at dept store without prescription. Did a google search and found them on LensesRX. Got my progressive prescription in them for $180. I consider this a win. I use multiple online eyeglass companies and never a bad experience. Why pay expensive prices at brick and mortar stores. The ones in my town remodel every couple years and last quote for sunglasses a year ago was over $700. No thank you. Nice hard original Abercrombie case. Prescription is perfect. Highly recommend.

I need Coke bottles for lenses because I am so near sighted. I appreciate that I don't have to spend $400 for lenses. I also enjoy using the web site, which is extremely easy to use.
