Do not buy from this company unless you want to get a runaround and excuses. The website clearly states they the glasses will ship in 5-7 days. I sent my frames and lenserx was suppose to provide the prescription lenses. I am on month 3 and have 17 messages to them and still no glasses. The excuses have been, lense manufacturing error, they changed partners and there is a supply line issue, there is a religious holiday. I continually am told that the item will ship by the end of the week …… and it never happens. I am still without my glasses. Oh … my biggest pet peeve- the “customer service” number asks you to leave a message and they never respond- you only have access via email that typically takes the 3-5 days to respond to. Go someplace else… it’ll save you time and energy.

I have been purchasing lenses here for a number of years! i love lenses.com, everyone there is so kind and helpful. One of the technicians called me personally to answer a few questions. The selection of lenses is amazing and the finished product is perfect! i love lenses.com.

I'm waiting for a long time, but still isn't getting my product...

Third pair I've tried to have made with LRx and I regret going back the second time. Lenses are total garbage. My progressive Rx is like looking through bottom of a pop bottle. Distance is blurry. Lenses are already scratched just from normal use. Midzone is useless. And I just noticed grey shaded printing on the lenses in the centre of my viewing range that I've never had in any Rx glasses in my life. And their warranty is useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I sent my glasses to them to replace the lenses and when they returned i was having a hard time reading i had asked for wrong lens contacted them and i needed a progressive lens so i returned them and they replaced lens just got them back today and there great just perfect.

I got my glasses today and I don't know what happened. The temple part that is connected between the metal and the plastic is faded and worn on both sides as if you put some kind of corrosive cleaner on both sides. The plastic part is faded quite badly. I really want compensation for the harm you caused to my glasses. I think that this will cost at least $50 to replace. With that, please just send me a check, because I do NOT want to return my glasses to you so I can be at risk of this happening again. Especially when it took a month and a lot of anguish just getting my glasses back the first time. On second thought, make it an extra $50 for a total of $100 to make up for the pain and suffering your company caused me for your incompetence. Even so, I'm sure you will not compensate me because you seem like that type of company. Either way, I hate how your company operates and how you treated me and my glasses treated.

They sent my third pair of glasses requesting a signature for delivery without my knowledge. I was unable to ever accept my glasses and the company now claims no responsibility for my $350 order. They won’t even try to track the order after a month went by. I thought they were a great company until something went wrong and they show their true colors. NO product support!!
