I needed them quickly. They were delivered to me in 7 Businesses day. I love them. Nice frames, great lenses. I will definitely purchase another pair. Maybe this time I will get a pair of sunglasses. What can I say but Thank You for your services.

Be Very Careful If You Buy From These People!
Their lab seems to do a good job making lenses, but in my opinion they can’t be trusted!
Here’s my somewhat long story:
I was looking for a specific model of progressive lens (Varilux Physio W3+). They only sell one Physio on their site, but there are about 12 different Physio models out there and they don’t specify which one it is, so I emailed them and asked if it was the Physio W3+. They replied that it was. They were offering a 25% discount, which gave me a great price, so I ordered them. Just to be sure, I put a note in my order that referenced the email and said that I was confirming that I was getting the W3+ lenses.
When I received my glasses back with the new lenses from LensesRX, there were cards enclosed from the manufacturer verifying that the lenses were in fact Varilux, and that they had a Crizal coating, which is what I ordered, but I wanted to make sure the model I received was the W3+.
What many people don’t know is that most progressive lenses have tiny engraved markings that identify which manufacturer and model the lens is. The markings are difficult to see, but they’re there. If you do a search for “progressive lens identifiers” you’ll find information about how to see them, as well as a link to The Vision Council’s EPIC database of symbols.
So i looked at the identifier markings and found that the lenses were not the Physio W3+ lenses, rather they appeared to be Physio DRx lenses, which don’t have the advanced technology that the W3+ lenses have and are significantly less expensive: I’d estimate the price difference to be about $80 based on looking at quite a few web sites.
I immediately emailed LensesRX saying that what I received wasn’t what I ordered and asking how they wanted to handle the problem.. I didn’t get a response, so the following day I called and left a detailed message on their voicemail (they don’t take “live” incoming calls; you can only leave a message and they’ll return your call). I got no response to my call, so the following day I wrote them a somewhat less pleasant email, saying that I’d rather work out the problem with them than to go to the trouble of filing a dispute with my credit card company.
This time they responded. They didn’t offer an explanation or offer to replace the DRx lenses with W3+ lenses, but to their credit, they made good on the guarantee on their website and offered to refund my payment and pay for return shipping since I wasn’t happy with the lenses, so that’s what I did. The lenses are still in transit back to them, but they said the credit will be issued when they receive them.
So, other than a lot of aggravation and wasted time, I came out whole. And while the lenses seemed to be well-made with my correct prescription, and I respect them for standing behind their guarantee, they never gave me a believable explanation of why I didn’t receive what I ordered. I can’t help but wonder if the same thing has happened to other people. If I wasn’t aware of the engraved marking system, I never would have known that what I received wasn’t what I ordered.
Let the buyer beware, as the saying goes.

Will not order from LensesRX again
I ordered a pair of silhouette frames from LensesRX because I broke one of the arms on my frames. I actually ordered them based on the numbers that were on the inside of one of the arms. I spoke with LensesRX prior to purchasing and was assured that my existing lenses would fit based on all the numbers matching. I received the frames in a timely manner otherwise they would have received a 1 star. Anyway, once the frames arrived I tried to put my lenses into the frames and they would not fit at all. I sent photos to their customer service and they did offer to accept them as a return; however, now I'm paying shipping to return an item for an issue with a frame that was not my fault at all. I also was shorted $3.99 on my return, which I have no idea what that is. I thought about calling them but my time is way more valuable.
I would never recommend this company to anyone else that is purchasing frames or lenses. The only thing they offered to do was make lenses for my prescription. Well the glasses were new and I did not need lenses. First and last time I will use this company.

Wonderful Frames!!! Great Price!!! Excellent Service!!!!!
I hate eyeglass frames that are heavy. About 12 years ago, I discovered Silhouette brand eyeglass frames that are super-lightweight and made in Austria. It's hard to find brick & mortar shops in the U.S. that sell the Silhouette brand and very few of those carry Silhouette's full-rim style frames. The last pair of Silhouette frames I bought in early 2010 lasted with daily, all-day use until late 2021 when I accidentally leaned my elbow on them and broke them. If it weren't for my clumsiness, they'd still be going strong. So, when I needed new frames, I only wanted the same comfortable, lightweight Silhouette brand. After finding no stores within 75 miles that carry Silhouette full-rim frames, I hesitantly resorted to an internet search. After comparing multiple sellers, I found that LensesRx.com had the largest selection of Silhouette styles, colors, and size ranges. After deciding which particular frames I wanted to try, I then compared pricing among several different online sellers. LensesRx pricing was significantly lower than the competition and I had to wonder if these were indeed genuine Silhouette frames. I decided to take a chance and I ordered 3 different colors for "at home frame try-on". I chose their very reasonably priced expedited shipping called "moderate shipping speed" rather than the slower standard shipping or their costly rush shipping. For a low $8.99 shipping charge, my 3 pairs of eyeglass frames quickly arrived in just 4 days. Still skeptical, I began opening the box wondering if what I'd received would be genuine Silhouette frames or some cheap counterfeit. To my total delight, I had received three pairs of genuine Silhouette Illusion SPX full-rim frames in pristine condition, including all their factory wrapping, their branded hard-shell case and wrapped, branded cleaning cloth, each in their own original box from the manufacturer, just as I'd get when buying in person at retail. Out of the three colors I tried, I only liked one color, so wanted to return or exchange one or both of the other two. Expecting a hassle, I contacted LensesRx to initiate the return. I lucked out and spoke with a wonderful rep named Max who could not be more knowledgeable, efficient, or more pleasant. According to Max, the return would be hassle free and with no shipping cost to me. I was so pleased with the great service, easy return policy, no return shipping cost, and the value of what I had received for the price, that I decided to exchange the frames rather than return them for a refund. I sent the two frames back free of charge using the prepaid label that Max provided me. In return, for no extra shipping costs, LensesRx sent me out 2 replacement pairs of frames, in the color I liked. Once again, the replacement pairs arrived quickly, in pristine condition, and with all of the original manufacturer's components. I still cannot believe that I received 3 pairs of expensive, genuine, Silhouette frames each for a very reasonable price that was far lower than the MSRP, and I still can't believe the incredible, efficient, stress free service I received in dealing with LensesRx.com. Not knowing what to expect, I had only ordered the frames with no prescription lenses involved. When I took them to a local high-end optical shop to have the lenses made, they immediately recognized the Silhouette brand. When I told the owner of the local shop what I had paid for the frames from LensesRx, she was astounded by the great price I'd paid for such a premium brand. Based on this entire experience, I would absolutely buy from LensesRx again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, or next time to have my lenses made by them as well. Everything about this experience was first class and top notch. Thank you, Max and LensesRx!!! What a great way to run a business!!!!!

LIARS AND CHEATS—STAY FAR AWAY!!!
CROOKS AND LIARS!
Usually you get what you pay for, but I didn't get even that. Their website tricks you into paying charges which get you nothing. If you decide to risk it because their prices are so cheap, be prepared to fight!
First they gave me generic lenses when I paid for name brand. Then they got the prescription wrong. Eventually they did it right, but only after returning them twice at my own expense.
Next they broke my high quality frames, attempted to repair them, but did a terrible job. Blamed me for breaking them myself! Now the frames are crooked and ugly worthless. They refused to replace them or pay for them, even though their website claims they will.
No matter what goes wrong, all returns are at your own expense. They don't mail in boxes; just plastic bags. Express shipping is a lie.
I could go on, but you get the picture.
