I haven’t received my glasses yet to give y’all my opinion. I think it’s ridiculous that I haven’t received them yet.

Absolutely outstanding service! Received 3 pairs of glasses in no time at all. Online ordering was a breeze. Communication was awesome. Can't say enough about LensesRx.com. The only nit-picky thing I wish they had were more complete measurements on all frames, with respect to the lens width and height. Some are incomplete.

Excellent service. I used lens replacement and the new lens is perfectly fit to the old frame. This is a great service if you are looking not to spend unnecessary money on frame that most stores force you to.

For the past 7-8 years I’ve depended on LensesRx to fill prescriptions for my ever changing eyes. Probably 10-15 pairs of glasses. Their work has been exceptional. The prices and progressive lens offerings coupled with fast turnaround times is just plain hard to beat. Plus they offer lens replacement service which I use a lot. Great company, great customer service.

I have tried several online sites for Rx eyeglasses and Rx sunglasses. LensesRx is far and away the absolute best! Last year (2023) I purchased one pair of replacement Rx lenses for my Ray-Ban RB3016 Clubmasters and another pair of Ray-Ban RB3447 frames and Rx lenses. On both of these orders, I incorrectly entered some info and both issues were resolved smoothly. One was corrected via email and the other via toll free telephone call. I have worn Rx glasses for 55 years and the lenses I received from LensesRx are the best I've ever owned! Wearing these I can definitely appreciate the clarity, anti-glare, ease of keeping them clean, and their ability to remain scratchless. Also, the coating remains entact even around the edges. Note: I purchased 2 pair of glasses from LensesRx (Polycarbonate Progressives; Crizal No-Glare Anti-Reflective) in Aug-2018, so yes, I can speak to the longevity of these lenses. So far this year (2024) I have ordered an additional pair of Ray-Ban Rx eyeglasses, a pair of Ray-Ban Rx sunglasses, and a pair of Ray-Ban non-Rx sunglasses. I am extremely pleased with all my purchases, as well as LensesRx Customer Service. They are Splendid™ and I will continue to purchase from LensesRx. Highly Recommend!

I have ordered several replacement lenses in past years from Lensesrx with great success. This is the first time that I ordered both frames and transition lenses from them. I picked out frames I liked the best when I was in my Optometrist office and was able to find the exact same frames at Lensesrx for about 1/2 the price. Frames and lenses with all the options I wanted were about 1/2 the cost compared to my Optometrist. Lensesrx delivered my new glasses by USPS faster than promised. I will definitely use Lensesrx in the future for both frames and lenses.

Poor Customer Service. It's almost 4 weeks haven't received my eye glasses irrespective paying for premium shipping charges. The prices make be ok but make sure you have extra pair. On eye glasses, It's better to pay more somewhere and get it faster specially if you need them asap. Not Good Experience !
