Site was easy to navigate as was the online ordering of my new lenses and frames. Received them in a very timely manner. Quite satisfied.

I wear progressive lenses and usually have problems with the lens cut. I selected the high quality lens Varilux and they are the best I have ever had. Lenses Rx did a great job with the fit and alignment. I put the glasses on and they were perfect.

I have been wearing eyeglasses for over 75 years and exclusively Verilux lenses for 45 years. After cataract surgery 3 years ago, my local optician was closed due to the Covid virus. Looking on-line for Verilux sources, I found LensesRX. I called and spoke with "Max" who was extremely helpful in guiding me through all of the option decisions and placing my 1st order at great cost savings over local opticians. Recently, my optometrist revised my prescription, but his optician does not offer the Varilux lenses. I did check local sources again but ended up calling Max. I placed 2nd order with LensesRX at a cost roughly 1/2 the cost quoted by local sources. Reluctant as I was about ordering eyeglasses online, I have found LensesRX to be very capable reliable and they stand by their satisfaction guaranty.

Lens replacement was quick, easy and accurate. Customer service was very helpful in choosing lenses and options.

I had a couple of issues that I needed to resolve. When I called LenseRx I spoke with Max multiple times. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Issues resolved!! This is an awesome company to deal with. My husband has ordered at least 6 pair of glasses over the past 10 years and always had great service! This is my second time ordering. Highly recommend!!

I purchased lenses from LensesRx months ago. I loved the glasses but they were used for readers. I wanted to use them for distance. I was worried I would have to purchase new glasses, but was surprised the lenses could just be replaced. The process was easy, much cheaper than replacing the glasses and the entire process took less than 3 weeks (including Thanksgiving delays). Would highly recommend!
