There was a unexpected delay in the shipment of my contacts, which never happens at Lensdirect. Yasmine was quick to answer, explain the delay and provided courtesy priority shipping!

Sometimes when you try new companies you are uncertain of the results and customer service you will receive, especially when it is a mostly online experience. I kicked the tires with LensDirect a couple-few years ago and just wanted to let anyone curious know that they are legit! Exceptional customer service! Super easy to work with, and they even answer the phones and truly help if you need a more personal touch. I am on the auto-refill solution they offer now as a result of my great experiences with them. I do not normally give feedback as too many companies are mediocre at best, but LensDirect is an exception and provide exceptional results, service and satisfaction. Had a problem with my initial order (my error) and it was fixed promptly by Darcell who cancelled the original order, fixed the issue and sent correct order- all within 1 business day.

I have a beloved pair of frames that I wanted to use with my new prescription. I used LensDirect web site to search for a possibility to do this. I found the site user friendly and found the process of sending in my frames quick and easy. I was personally contacted regarding questions about my frames and received my new lens/old frames in a timely fashion....at 1/2 the cost of the same lens from my ophthalmologist. I will certainly use LensDirect in the future and definitely refer others to do the same.
