Two weeks ago I tried to order contacts (150$) from LD using Afterpay. Lens Direct emailed me to let me know they couldn’t fulfill my order because they didn’t have a current Rx from my eye doctor. So, one might assume, they’d cancel my order. Nope! Just got charged my first 50$ payment today. I tried contacting Afterpay and they passed the buck onto LD, saying it was their responsibility to cancel the order if they couldn’t fulfill it. So now I get the hassle of sorting this out. Not cool.

I've been ordering from LensDirect for years! Their prices are the best, and the customer service is EXCELLENT! Whenever I've had an issue, they have made things right...I would especially like to commend Daisy who was so professional and friendly! I HIGHLY recommend LensDirect!

I was very skeptical about buying glasses online as I treasure my eyesight I ordered new lenses for a pair of frames I loved that the prescription was outdated. I sent them my prescription, a picture of me with those frames, and sent them the frames ( they even pay the shipping) In two weeks my new glasses are at my home and they are fabulous!! From now on I will use the optometrist for my prescription only and they can sell their expensive frames to other people!! Again GREAT JOB

As soon as I got my first pair of replacement lenses from LensDirect, I immediately sent three additional pairs of glasses for lens replacement. Nothing beats your favorite frames with your NEW prescription in them, and LensDirect does not disappoint! Best of all, their customer service - specifically Mia - is an absolute SUPERSTAR when it comes to any questions I had. She expertly figured out the correct PD I needed for my glasses, and her emails were always timely and pleasant. Mia was very willing to help me in all aspects of my purchase.

I have used LensDirect now for two orders and have had a five star experience. The quality of their work is readily apparent and I know, I used to work in the optical industry. They do not over tighten screws and they cut the lenses to fit exactly in the frame. Many OTHER companies rush the job strip screws out, incorrectly cut the lens, and even mount the optical center off. Even better the communications and updates are excellent and both times they returned my glasses before the promise date. LensDirect should be your go to Rx lens provider!
