Nicole was great! I didn't have a super complicated question as I was just trying to fix a mistake that I made. She gave me the solution needed to rectify the problem and was quick about it. Absolutely amazing.

Although Aliyah initially only partially entered my new prescription, she apologized and was quick to fix the error. She also answered other questions I had very pleasantly.

Darcell St. Clair responded immediately after I made an error on my contact lens order. I really appreciated his support & guidance. This is my first time ordering from Lens Direct & Darcell made me feel comfortable in my decision.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of blue light blocking glasses. No prescription. It took about 5 weeks to arrive, and I had to email them multiple times to see where my glasses were at. They sent me the pair I ordered but it clearly did not have any blue blocking lenses. I complained to customer service and after they got back to me about a week later. Was absolutely no help whatsoever. The following week I received another pair of glasses in the mail that I did not order, they just randomly came. I complained once again and to try and get a return they said take a picture of both glasses and send it to the email they provided. I did everything they asked and then got back to me another month later and basically said they can't accept returns. No comment about the random pair they sent me and I couldn't even get my glasses I ordered sent back even though they messed it up. Awful company. What a waste of my $80 and my time.
