I give Lens Direct 5 stars for customer service. This is my first order with Lens Direct and there was a little delay verifying my daughters prescription. I initiated a chat with Yasmine who was very helpful. She reviewed my account and verified the prescription in a few minutes. She was very pleasant and even upgraded the shipping speed at my request! A big 'thank you' to Yasmine!

Yasmine did a fantastic job and really went above and beyond!! I asked her a lot of questions regarding the difference between Aura Ultra and Blue Light Blocking Protection. She even learned something new through out this whole process on helping me find resolution to my questions. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for great customer service skills.
