Kissel was responsive and lovely!

I ordered two boxes of contacts for my son over the weekend. On Monday morning, I changed my mind and decided to only order one box. I emailed and Alexcia had my order changed less than an hour later and exactly how I wanted it. I would normally expect at least 2-3 days to get a response, and then several emails back and forth to figure it out, but Alexcia was awesome. Excellent common sense service. Why does everyone else (other companies) make it harder than it is? Thank you!

I was not given the 15% discount from the website even after typing it in. I was eligible but there must've been a glitch. Denise helped me in a timely manner and gave me a 15% reimbursement. I appreciate it so much!

Unless you have MONTHS to wait for lens replacement, don’t use this company. Still no word on when my lenses will be completed. It’s been five weeks and they can’t seem to get lenses in to fit my frames. UPDATE - now going on eight weeks and still no word on my glasses.
