When i wanted to order lenses it appeared that my prescription was expired. I live in the Caribbean and i am in need of the lenses. As i do not have glasses (yet). So I couldn’t be able to see. I spoke to Denise one of the representatives and she told me that she would check and see what she could do for me. Luckily i had made an attempt last week on the website but it didn’t go through due to an error in payment. So she was able to reprocess this order as it was already verified. So she confirmed to me via email that it was processed and ready to ship. What a huge relief 😅 Thank you very much Denise I appreciate your help I will make sure to have my prescription updated for the next order Cheers!
