Very quick response to e mail sended.Good service overall

The customer service person I chatted with was helpful. But, it took 2 emails and a customer service chat to get my problem solved.

While I have not received my order yet, I have nothing but great things to say about the order process. Help from their support agent, Duval, was there every step of the way to make sure that I was able to order exactly what I needed. If their products are as good as the service I will being making LensDirect my first stop for replacement lenses.

I used lensdirect to get new lens for my glasses and for $150 they gave me issues on my order and I asked them to cancel my order and just send my glasses back to me. They proceeded to fill my order but instead of replacing my lens they tried to buff my lens to get rid of the scratch which was not the $150 purchase I made and now I have buff marks on my lense where the scratched were. So now I not only have glasses that weren’t fixed but now the marks are worse then they were when I first sent them to lens direct. Thanks for nothing. And instead of tell me they will send an email so I can respond to with images they said I have to send an email to them with images from my order so they can proceed. Garbage service and garbage customer experience. I want my refund for the garbage service you didn’t provide. Cause now I have to go somewhere else and get my lens like you should have done.

i am very happy with the service I received on both orders. on the second, Duval helped me out in order to get my order correct. Love the auto-ship also. Thank You Mike
