Karielle was absolutely excellent

They were quick all right-and I can see fine but the after service is not so great. After 2.5 months my glasses started falling apart-little plastic strings popped that they use to hold the glassed together. When I contacted them I only had 2 weeks to get them back to them before the warranty was out-only 90 day warranty-I told them I needed to order some new glasses because I could not use my old ones and they pretty much said tuff luck.

From beginning to end she was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly and easily corrected my order to match my Rx and we were both laughing by the end of the call. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Please give Nyoka a raise!

I accidentally used a wrong prescription so customer service contacted me and I emailed the correct one. The problem is, she reordered one box which caused me to have to pay $6.95 shipping and also used the wrong payment method. It shipped and was going to cause me to bounce some items from my bank account since it was the wrong account she pulled from. When I called I gave them an alternate payment method but they could do nothing for the shipping which I find surprising. So I will probably not use them again. However, Nyoka the customer service agent that helped get my refund (although it will probably be too late for the items to not bounce) was very helpful and friendly. Hence the 4 stars instead of less.

Ordering from LensDirect.com was so fast and easy. The price was excellent and their service is second to none. Thank you Lens Direct, I'll be back for all my future lens and glasses needs.
