I called because I had not received the email stating that my glasses had been shipped to me, as I was told I would. I was concerned and Duval provided excellent customer service. He investigated what was happening and re-assured me that the glasses were shipping out that same day. Then on top of that, he upgraded my shipping to Fed Ex 2d. I really appreciated that. I can't wait to get my glasses.

Although Lens Direct discovered they couldn’t make my Rx replacement lenses AFTER I’d already shipped my frames, they notified me promptly and Warren Lewis in customer service made sure I wasn’t charged and that my frames were returned quickly (7 days from ordering to return). Excellent service.
