The ordering princess was simple and straightforward. After submitting my order, I had some questions where I sent via email. The customer happiness agent, Dornio, made me a happy customer with her quick responses and clear recommendations. She was very professional, understanding, and responsive. Great customer service and versed knowledge about the types of lens. Hoping the finish products comes back as good as their customer service waiting.

I placed an order last night (11/21/22). I later realized that the prescription I uploaded had two prescriptions and I did not specify which one so I immediately emailed the company and Claire responded this morning. She confirmed she had updated my order with the correct prescription. Claire also reminded me that I had to provide my PD measurement which I took care of right away and the instructions she provided were detailed and easy to follow. Claire was pleasant to work with and very responsive. She definitely provided 5 star service!!!

Occasionally, turn around times can be tricky on lens replacement. Customer service, however, is always top notch. Thanks for your assistance Oneil.
