Received new glasses and every thing about them was as expected. I had to change my address and requested an expedited order and I must call out Danea as the greatest assistant in helping me. I will use Lens Direct again because of her quick assistance and saving my shipment. Many kudos to her customer service.

Extremely slow. Not even close to the timeframe they said on the website. It's been a month since I ordered. It's been stuck in making lenses for several weeks and called to get status and was told it "should" be another week. So far, I am unimpressed with their process. I will update my review when I receive them.

Sent in my order Jan. 10 and the lenses aren't made yet. Super slow and nearly as expensive as an optical shop. Why does it take over a month to make lenses??!! They say a 10 day turn around but it's simply not true. No customer service. Chat bots that ignore you. The only response is reading a script. No help, all you are is just another $$$$ to them.

They claim a ten business day turn around .. it's been almost a month and nothing yet. I sent in two orders.. one finally shipped but is now lost in transit and they've yet to even start they other order. Next time I'll do a little more research before I'll be so trusting again. Lens Direct? More like Lens Indirect and super slow service. Never again..

I had a lot of problems providing my pupilary distance. Although it would have been great if someone could have walked me through step by step i was, after multiple tries finally able to figure it out by myself. Claire did provide a lot of support in the way of assuring me that my order would be held until such time as I was able to figure it out and was very courteous and sweetthroughout my confusion

I ordered lens replacements for my glasses and they turned out better than I expected. In fact, the lenses are perfect and exactly to the specifications that I wanted.
