Delayed shipping and never received order. So, therefore I canceled my order. Waited for contacts to ship out for over more than 2weeks. Each time I called they will say they are shipping out today. I was lied to several times about when I should expect my order. I never had this problem before I have always received my order in a timely manner up until now. I was a loyal customer for about 10 years until now. I have moved forward with another online company and received an email the same day stating my order has shipped! Im so happy I found another company! Do not purchase from Lensdirect find something better.

Danea was Very helpful and helped me get my order placed. Had trouble on line so had to call.

Sent in two pairs of Rayban sunglasses in October to have lenses switched out to prescription lenses and never received them back. I received an order cancelation notification in mid-December stating they never received the frames --- even though they sent me multiple emails prior to this time informing me they were working on my glasses, the glasses were ready to ship, etc. Now I'm out about $700 in eyeglass frames & $300 for lenses. Not a happy customer.

Customer service representative Karielle was extremely courteous and professional when I called to get a new mailing label. She listened attentively as I explained the reason for my call. Within minutes, she sent me a new mailing label, so I could get replacement lenses for my late father-in-law's glasses. I look forward to honoring him with my prescription in his vintage frames.

I understand that frames can be damaged but I did not appreciate it when a weld was broken but no mention was made of it. The frame/glasses appear to still be usable. I used a drop of Super Glue. Edit: It is now roughly six months later and I have repaired the frame three times. The first two times I used Super Glue and the third time a small drop of "E6000 Adhesive." The latter appears to be a superior medium for this type of repair. LensDirect has had TrustPilot contact me with a failure to respond implicating deletion of my comment. So, here is a more specific description: If you look at a diagram of a generic metal eyeglass frame there is a "top-bar" above the "bridge" that uses a micro-weld on each end to further stabilize the rims on either side. The right hand side top-bar micro-weld was broken when the frames were returned to me.
