After months of back and forth with LensDirect as a whole, Kissel was the one person who finally was able to resolve the issue quickly and simply. What a relief to finally have the issue resolved! I want to give a shout out to Ms. Danea C. for going above and beyond in assisting me with clearing up my order. I had been getting e-mails saying the order could not be filled due to a lack of a doctors prescription for my contact lenses. I spoke to a young lady 5 minutes earlier and was told there was nothing she could do in getting my contacts to me without the prescription. I told her i was going to take my business elsewhere. I called Lens Direct again to cancel my order when I got Danea C. I explained what had happened with me not having a written prescription because I was out of town and didn't have my doctors phone number to contact him for the correct information. After speaking with her for a bit she went through my records and found my prescription i used for the contact lenses a few months prior and used it to get my order of 2 boxes filled and shipped out to me promptly. I want to thank Danea C. personally for her excellent assistance and would recommend her to anyone needing contact lenses from Lens Direct in the future.
