Very fast to respond and any issue may arise. I worked with Kissel and the process of an order error was resolved in seconds! Certainly recommend looking here first before placing orders outside.

Do not waste your time...
I never got my contact lenses it seems they were in a vortex in never never land. I patiently waited a month and finally decided that I needed to cancel this order and try another company. I reached out to the BBB and they were no help either. Every single customer service agent apologized and they even upgraded my shipping but when there is no product that upgrade is absolutely worthless!
