This was my first time using lens direct. I had a couple of questions and called their customer service line. Nyah answered my questions and made it an easy process. Having great customer service makes a big difference! Nyah made that happen.

Their website is fishy. I could not enter information beyond lens type so I called them. Some girl said she would take th email and e order over the phone. Error with card expiring! LD wrote me an email said said I had to call in the number. I never verbally give out card numbers. Fishy.
