They won't work with certain brands…
They won't work with certain brands like Dita anymore. I've sent them some Dita frames in the past and they were able to work on them, but maybe not anymore. I just wasted my time sending in the frames, waiting over a week.

Karielle is so kind & efficient
So, not only is the customer service amazing but their glasses are the only ones in my entire life that have worked out for me & Ive tried every brick and mortar vision company that exists in my 30 years of being a -8.50 vision (BLIND) … people don’t understand when you have an impairment like this how important it is to have a place where you can get your needs met but also have people that care about helping you. This is that place. Karielle was wonderful helping me today - it’s not that pretend CS lingo that they all have to say on the phones at most companies , but you can truly tell she cared about helping me & that makes a difference. Life is tough for everyone in some way or another so I just am always so happy to see people truly caring. She did a great job & was efficient. she didn’t need to care about it but that icing on the cake is always awesome & I appreciate it!
