Quick Resolution!
Karielle was great and very quick to assist with my prescription needs. Answered the call within 1 minute, and knew exactly what I needed and how to resolve it. This was a great and very fast customer service experience and I am very happy with Lens Direct so far!

Excellent customer service - Nyah
I have had several lenses replaced in my favorite frames by Lensdirect. I’ve only had a problem with the last pair of glasses. I returned them and did not receive a status back from Lensdirect. However, when I called the customer service line, the representative, Nyah, remedy the situation - I received notification that evening that my glasses are on the way. The customer service is excellent!

Lens Direct has made getting new lenses via mail not scary at all!
Lens Direct has made getting new lenses in frames that were hard to find a great experience. We ran into a little challenge and Bibi on phone support made the process so easy for me and reassured me that we would get it all straightened out. I am so happy with my new glasses.
