Exemplary customer service received
Shawn made my experience with lens direct a great one. I had a small issue in the beginning that was no fault of his but he came through and made everything work out perfectly! I work in customer service myself so I know a good example when I see it. He went above and beyond to handle my situation and made sure everything worked out for me. He is a true asset to the company.

Website is awful
Website is awful. It’s impossible to correct anything on this website without adding additional pair of glasses/prescriptions. It’s impossible to correct anything and then I can’t remove all of the things in my basket. It maintains one and I have to call the company to ask them to remove it from my damn basket. Very annoying website. I don’t know if I’m going to continue. The customer service rep when I called was very nice and handled everything quite well. But that was the only thing good. I’m so aggravated. Update 3/14/24- thanks for your response but I went to another website and ordered 3 pairs of glasses Each pair in the basket was clearly identified with the options I chose. I could easily change one option without having to do the entire pair all over again. When I tried to edit a pair on Lensdirect, I had to do the entire pair again and add to the edited pair to the basket and then wasn’t sure which one was the edited pair - no identifying aspects. It shouldn’t have been that difficult to order more than one pair of glasses.

Nyah was absolutely phenomenal
Nyah was absolutely phenomenal. I called about an issue with a refund and she assured me she would find out what went wrong. I can imagine the difficulty working in customer service, but Nyah was extremely helpful. Thanks so much!
