Not only are they slow to make replacement lenses, but they send you emails to upgrade to different features or else they can't assume responsibility for poorly made lenses. Then they send and email that says they can't be responsible if they break your existing frames while fitting your lenses. I would not use this company if I were you!

Nyah was very helpful in finding and sharing the information I wanted. He reassured me that my lens were being worked on. LensDirect has a tracker on their website. They need to use it.
