Kayla’s concern with my inquiry, and her making sure she understood what I was asking.

If you want your lenses replaced quickly, LensDirect is not for you. I priority mailed my frames, and was advised by LensDirect that it took one week for them to receive them. It took two weeks for them to replace the lenses. I got a notice from them today that my glasses were being shipped. I paid extra for priority shipping. Instead, they shipped them on the cheapest way. USPS tracking shows my glasses will be delivered in 7 days. I would never use this company again. The whole process has taken one month to get glasses. Since I haven’t received them, I can’t speak to the quality. Fingers crossed that it’s better than their long processing/delivery time!

Nyah was excellent. She escalated my problem and was able to get it resolved. I missed her phone call back, but she left a thorough voicemail explaining how the issue would be remediated. Thank you, Nyah!
