Easy fast accurate!

When placing my order I made a mistake with the prescription. When I realized it I had opened the box of contacts and used one. When I called them they told me they would only replace the 1 box that I didn’t open. They sent me sample contacts and when they received my box of contacts they sent me two boxes, which was my original order. I will definitely do business with them again.

My representative Kayla was quick to answer and solved all my issues. Kayla also had a great attitude.

I am thrilled with my glasses. I had almost new expensive frames as far as usage goes but were older and had been told new lenses couldn't be fitted. I saw an ad for LensDirect and thought I had nothing to lose. I previously used a discount glasses supplier for a new pair and was totally disappointed, heavy and not ground correctly. My older frames with LensDirect lenses are absolutely perfect, the progressive feature is just right. I am very happy and will use LensDirect for my next prescription.
