I was in awe of how every step in the ordering process was comprehensive yet easy to manage. *Price great *Customer service was quick and responsive to my concerns. *Turn around time reasonable. *Overall, I am satisfied, acually amazed by how well it turned out. *One criticism...getting an accurate focal point with a marker on eyeglass lense was tricky. * Suggestion provide an eye exam for vision. I’ve been a customer for a few years, but every year there's been some kind of issue with my glasses. They’ve been returned to me with problems—stretched out, damaged, or just not right. In the past, I’ve sent them back, and they managed to fix them. Unfortunately, this year was worse. The frames came back scratched and damaged, and this time they couldn’t repair them. Given how expensive and hard-to-replace frames can be, this was really disappointing. The company's response was to offer an additional 10% off the lenses, which didn’t address the damage to the frames at all. This kind of discount is common in their regular sales, and it doesn’t come close to covering the cost of replacing the frames. There are other companies out there that do a better job, and I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
