Bibi did a great job in facilitating my order once I realized that my order had been sent an email address that I never use. Don’t know how that happened but it doesn’t matter as both parties reached satisfaction. ☺️

I found LensDirect online after researching several online vendors. Called during business hours to ask a couple of clarifying questions, and everything was answered to 100% satisfaction by Kayla who took my call. Ordering was simple and everything was verified and is in process. This was my first time ordering contact lenses online after realizing there was a significant cost savings than purchasing through my eye doctor and I was pleased with the process.
