I spent 30 years in the eyecare industry. Now that I'm out, I was looking for great quality and pricing, to have new lenses put in one of my frames. Nobody local would do it and it was an almost new $300 Silhouette frame. Lens Direct took care of me, fast service, great pricing and the lenses are excellent! Although it took two tries to get my recent lens replacement order completed, I am very pleased with the final product. On the first try, it was obvious to me that something wasn't correct with the left lens. I worked with Bibi Khan, Customer Service, who arranged to have my glasses re-made at no charge. The entire process only took a couple of weeks and my "re-made" glasses were great!
