I originally ordered replacement lenses in October 2024. It is now January 27, 2025. This process has been a complete disaster. They broke my original lense and after two months, offered me a replacement. When I got the replacement, the prescription was incorrect. Sent it back for the correct prescription (received 1/8 by Lensedirect) and still do not have a replacement. I originally posted a review but it was deleted by the company. OH MY GOODNESS!!! I THOUGHT THE REAL, REAL, NICE PEOPLE WERE GONE FROM SOCIETY! I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED SPEAKING WITH KISSELL. SHE WAS KIND, CARING, AND BEST OF ALL SHE LISTENED TO MY EVERY WORD. THEN SHE CONTACTED THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENTS, MADE THE ADJUSTMENTS NECESSARY TO GET MY WIFES CONTACTS HERE 2 HOURS BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY PARTY. NOW HERES THE MOST EXCITING PART. KISSELL ACTUALLY CALLED ME 8 MINUTES AFTER FED-EX TOOK THE PHOTO OF MY WIFES SUPRISE CONTACTS SITTING ON MY PORCH. SHE CALLED TO MAKE SURE I RECIEVED THEM AS WELL AS ASKING IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE SHE COULD DO FOR ME BEFORE THE PARTY! THIS IS OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU JUST NEVER HEAR ABOUT THESE DAYS! THANK YOU KISSELL! YOU MADE HER BIRTHDAY SO SPECIAL! I ALMOST CRIED WHEN SHE CALLED TO VARIFY I SAW THEY WERE DELIVERED. LENSDIRECT WILL BE MY CONTACT SUPPLIER FOREVER.
