I had ordered Light Speed shipping, which offers 1-3 day shipping, but I didn't receive my order until 6 days later due to weather and other delays. Sharissa was great and very helpful to address my issue

This company auto shipped my contacts to the wrong address for at least 3 years without a valid prescription or my authorization. They just kept billing my credit card for years until I figured it out. I moved to a different state and had not seen an eye doctor in 5+ years. When I asked for this to stop and a refund, I received only excuses and pushback. No apology. No refund. I am pursuing with the credit card company and the board of optometry. They are criminals. What a pain in my butt to lose $1000 and have to fight this
