Great service and awesome follow up!

I sent a pair of frames in to have lenses made and put in. Its been a month and order tracker said my lenses were still being made. It had been a month. I contacted them and they were finished and sent back to me 1 minute after contacting Lens Direct to find out what was going on. That makes me think they were just sitting somewhere and when I contacted them they found them and mailed them to me. I also ordered a pair through my government insurence the same day. my government glasses were done over a week ago. This place takes longer than the US government to fill a order.I paid cash out of my pocket for my designer frames to be lensed Through Lens direct for $240.00, but my free government issued glasses were done way sooner and cheaper. I recieved my glasses today and they look and feel great. My only complaint is the long wait and I wonder how much longer it would taken had I not contacted them when my glasses were in the lenses are still being made phase over 3 weeks later

Tashira was absolutely amazing! I had a total of six replacements for two different people in my order. Deciphering through the order with her had to be tedious yet she never became frustrated. She was so sweet and easy to work with and was very patient. She went through each lense replacement to confirm that everything was correct. Her customer service is excellent!
