absolutely who recommended this online service easy assess

LensCrafter on Van Nuys. Disorganized, poor customer service. No follow through on services. Lots of employees who wander around but do not seem to have a purpose. Someone needs to evaluate the site.

Online process was easy several different payment options as well.

I was extremely happy with the excellent customer service provided to me at store #472 in Hyannis, MA I had Jen #732702 as my cashier. She was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to speak and laugh with. She is a great asset to LensCrafters I also had the good fortune of dealing with Stephanie #780725 salesperson. She was extremely courteous and professional. She was totally honest with different frames on me and how they looked even as I asked her to be brutally honest. We initially chose a black frame but sadly I realized I wasn't comfortable with them and needed some adjustments to the bifocal portion. I returned them to Jen and she said Stephanie would contact me by phone when I could return to get a different frame and lenses adjusted. As always she was pleasant and efficient, courteous and kind. She is a definite asset to LensCrafters I will always recommend LensCrafters to friends and family and especially the two people I mention above. Glasses and online experience was great. The girl at the store just tossed the shipping box on the table and said “here ya go”. I suppose they don’t get commission for online sales.
